Did you just get a used Total Gym Pro,Ultra,1000,1500 Series System, and have no way to see how to use the Exercise System? Well here it is in color. Well the reason I'm selling these booklets, because I found the Total Gym Pro in a Salvation Army store up here in Alaska for $8.00 and the day I was in it had a 50% off all items in the store.I was looking around and I saw this beat up looking thing in the corner of the exercise equipment part of the store. I saw on the seat "TOTAL GYM PRO". It had been in a fire and everything on it was gumed up with soot. I remember seeing this on the infomercials. They sold for over $175.00. So I bought it for $4.00, and took it home and took 4 days rebilding and cleaning this system.Well after making like it was new I went to there website and found there was a recall to the handels on the cables, so I ordered them and when I asked if they had the manuals for the system, they wanted the serial number off the Machine, I said no, it was in a fire, and they said without a serial number they could not sell me a manual.. I spent a couple of days trying to find the owners and the exercise booklet for this system, a friend said he had the manuals for this system, so I scanned the manuals and booklets and spent a few hours calling around to see if this manual will work on all the models belonging to the above metioned systems. The have all the same manual for the systems doing over 120 exercise's. They are: Chest=18,Abdominals=4, Biceps=17, Back=13,Shoulders=20, Triceps=23, legs=26 ! THE Manual is a must if you want to get the most out of your piece of Equipment!!
