The Investment Operation Specialist is responsible for the completion of monthly cash and securities reconciliation. This is to ensure that all reconcilement procedures have been properly performed and agreed to our system of records verses the custodian system of records. In addition, IOS must coordinate with the appropriate Portfolio Manager, Implementation Specialist, and custodian to resolve any discrepancies. The IOS is also responsible for the operational support to the transition process, including initializing the account on the various systems.
