Let’s talk about money for a moment - a prime motivator. A good phone salesman with a good product can make a sale a day without hardly breaking a sweat - we have salespeople averaging almost two sales a day but let’s assume you're new and, in spite of your great sales background, can only average just one sale every TWO days. That’s 10 sales a month on just five work days a week or $10,000 per month in pre-tax income!
That’s not too shabby. We also have Team Manager positions for the qualified candidate. How about them?
Well, the Team Manager makes a $400 per sale override and can run a team of dozens of salespeople. Let’s assume our manager only has five. Five salesmen times 10 sales per month each times times $ 400per sale produces a gross monthly income of $20,000!
There aren’t many sales jobs that pay that well and we haven't even talked about bonuses yet! I think you can see why salespeople and even high-level sales management types might be interested. Here are some important bullet points to consider. . .
1. NO COST: Absolutely no cost to salespeople. The ONLY requirements are a phone with unlimited local and long distance and a computer with hi-speed Internet access. 2. Fast Sales Cycle: Salespeople are like anyone else. They like to sell deals that pay quickly. Our system often produces sales that often close with commissions paid the same day. Salespeople generally get paid before the company gets their split! 3. Good Per-Sale Commission: Earn $1,000.00 per sale or $400 on the fallback system. This helps counter the ‘financially challenged’ argument. Eventually, you should get the full $1000 (and $400 for the manager - ask me how) 4. AE Sales Incentives: Cash bonuses for productive salespeople. 5. Leads: Many sales positions require the salesperson to generate their own prospects. Salespeople prefer working on deals where the leads and prospects are provided. Leads are provided under this program. 6. Recruiting Presentation: The system does much of the selling for you via flash presentations at the website. You simply field objections and close. 7. Reverse Marketing Training: Go getters can take our Reverse Marketing Training and learn to generate their own high-quality leads to supplement the free, supplied leads. 8. Phone vs. Face-to-Face: Phone sales versus having to go out and sit in peoples’ homes or offices to make sales is preferred by many salespeople but especially today when time is precious and gasoline is expensive. Salespeople work from the comfort of their homes on their own schedule. 9. Training: We provide full training for system owners and for salespeople. Account Executives meet in an on-line conference room twice a week for inspiration and ongoing training and daily for a quick sales meeting so you never feel alone out there.. 10. Training Manuals: Two online training manuals are available – one for System Owners and one for Account Executives. 11. TO Support: New AEs get TO and closing support via 3-way phone calls when needed. This is an excellent training tool. 12. Daily AE Sales Meetings: Daily online training and motivation sessions for AEs. 13. Team Manager Promotions: Top producers can become Team Managers. (see below) 14. Account Executives who purchase a Gold or Platinum System: May take up to two Account Executive with them to help build their new business (restrictions apply) in exchange for an additional qualifying sale per AE. 15. Team Manager Incentives: 1. Overrides of $400 for each Platinum sale and $100 for each Gold sale. 2. Team size limited ONLY by Manager’s ability. 3. Monthly cash bonuses for hitting productivity targets. 16. Team Manager Recruiting Bonus: After establishing a base team of 5 selling an average minimum of a sale every two days, Managers get a $500 bonus for each new team AE that completes training and averages just one sale a week for two consecutive weeks and an additional $500 for each AE transferred to a new System Owner (see #14). 17. Team Manager who purchases Gold or Platinum System: Will take two AEs with them to help start their new business and may also 'purchase' up to two additional AEs for one additional qualifying sale per AE (restrictions apply).
