Currently looking for an investment group or individual that would like to partner to construct a combination 6000sf gas station and service station. I would own and manage the service station and would lease, or set up as a partnership.
- Great Access and visibility (right off US Hwy 169 - a major artery for the Twin Cities) - Plenty of parking - Traffic count roughly 7-8000 vehicles per day - 1 other fuel station exits along the route through Jordan but has poor access, crowded fueling area and doesn't provide auto repair service. - Partnerships welcome with some equity and experience. - attached is a sketch of a preliminary design.
