We are in need of an experienced recruiter to attract, screen, and assist with on-boarding qualified and suitable employees to fill our job openings. This position will need to achieve staffing objectives by sourcing and evaluating job candidates; working with managers to fill and anticipate future needs and managing agency activity. Success will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies as well as creative sourcing ideas. This is a non-sales position.
